A $10 return label fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
No printer needed! Australia Post staff can print your label for you by scanning the label barcode on your phone.

All return label fees below are in Australian Dollars (AU) however the approximate equivalent in US Dollars is shown.
AU $22 return label fee (≈ US $15) will be deducted from your refund.
AU $15 return label fee (≈ US $10) will be deducted from your store credit amount. Your credit is valid for one year.
AU $35 return label fee (≈ US $24 applies for exchanges. This includes shipping costs of sending your new item to you, which will be sent within 1 business day of submitting your return!
Once you receive your order, you have 10 days to decide if its right for you. Request a return within 10 days by messaging us from our contact us » page. We will reply with our returns address and instructions.
RETURNING YOUR ORDER
You have up to 14 days after delivery to lodge your return at the post office/courier.
Return shipping and the associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend returning from your local post office.
Sorry, we cannot offer exchanges. If you would like a new size, colour or style please make a return and re-order as you wish.
OTHER INFO & CONDITIONS
Returns must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed and without stains or odours. You must neatly fold your return to preserve its integrity. We encourage you to return your order in its original compostable bag and satchel.
If you have received a faulty item or the wrong item, please contact us and we will assist you asap.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are applied to the original payment method.
Sales items, discounted items and gift cards cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged under any circumstances except for faulty items. If we receive an item that does not comply with this returns policy, it is ineligible for return and ROVE has the right to refuse it. The customer will need to cover the full shipping costs to send it back to them.
Customers from Australia and USA can choose to return their order by their own means. If so, you must follow the International Returns instructions above to have eligibility for your return.
Can I return a preorder item if I receive it after my return deadline of 24 days?
Yes, absolutely! You will be able to start your return within 24 days of when your order was sent from our warehouse. If you can't start your return, just contact the ROVE Team and we will assist.
When will my refund be processed?
Return parcels are processed within 5 business days of arriving at our warehouse. Once processed, refunds take 0-3 business days to arrive in your account.
Can my exchange be sent by Express Post? (Australia & USA only)
If your exchange is time sensitive, we offer an option for an 'Instant exchange' where your exchange item is sent immediately, even before you post your return. All Australian exchanges are sent by standard post and USA exchanges are sent with DHL Express.
