Order
If your order includes a preorder item, we’ll hold the whole order until the item is ready to ship.
Preorder timelines vary. Check the estimated time on the product page when you select your size. This time starts from the order date. You can view the estimated timeline of your preorder in your order confirmation email.
You can purchase your ROVE order using a credit/debit card Afterpay or PayPal.
If we do have a sale, we typically only have one per year in November.
We do not offer discount codes as our pieces are all ethically made from quality fabrics and we prefer to directly offer them at affordable prices year-round.
ROVE can only be found here, exclusively on our website. We do not have any stores or stockists.
To apply your gift card to an order, you can enter the code when you reach the checkout.

Based on AusPost’s metro delivery recommendations. If you’re outside a metro area, please allow extra time. We recommend ordering 1–2 business days earlier where possible.
Please be aware your country or national postal service may charge an additional customs duty, import tax or handling fee. ROVE designs is not responsible for any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT),import consumption tax or handling charged to you by your country or postal service. ROVE Designs is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments. If the parcel is returned to sender as a result of being refused by the recipient or not collected from the collection point, then the order may not be eligible for refund. If problems occur please contact your local post office or customs.

A PO Box address is mandatory for Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia and PNG.

Returns & Exchanges
Yes. We offer free exchanges and store credits for sales items.
Options:
- Size exchanges
- Exchanges for different colours*
- Exchanges for different products
- Store credits
From our returns portal, you can select the option to exchange for a different product. You can shop anything using your return credit plus $10 bonus credit.
*When exchanging a discounted item, sometimes other colours of the same product are discounted differently. There may be an amount payable/refunded when making this type of exchange.
You can return sale items for a free exchange or store credit. They are non-refundable unless faulty. See details above or view our returns policy.
Yes of course! Your loved ones can return sale items after Christmas and get a free exchange or store credit. View our returns policy.
You can exchange sizes or choose to exchange for another product using your return credit + $10 bonus credit!
Submit your exchange via our returns portal and download your free return label. Your new item will be sent within 1 business day and you will have 14 days to post your return.
You will be reminded by email to post your return.
*Exchanges available for Australian orders only.
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 1-5 business days. Please note there may be delays during peak periods.
Once your refund is processed, you will receive a notification email. It may take up to 3 business days for your refund to arrive in your bank account.
Yes. Store credits are valid for three years from the issue date.

Sizing
ROVE pieces are true to size unless otherwise stated on the product page.
We recommend using our size chart to choose the size that best matches your body measurements. View the 'Size & Fit' section in the product description as it may include additional information for that product.
You can easily exchange for a different size or even a different product.
We want your ROVE piece to fit you perfectly the first time around and the vast majority of our customers are happy when they follow the size guides on our product pages.
