14 Day Returns
Start your return below, download your label and post at an Australia Post location within 14 days of receiving your order.
No printer needed. Post office staff can scan the label's barcode on your phone.
Free Exchanges
We offer 'Instant Exchanges'. This means your new item is sent as soon as you submit your exchange - you don't even have to wait for your return to arrive at our warehouse. Exchanges are only available in Australia.
Refunds
A return shipping label fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund. Items marked as Final Sale are ineligible for refund.
Extended Holiday Returns
Orders made in November and December can be returned after Christmas. Submit your return by January 12th. If an item is marked as a Final Sale item, you can receive store credit or make a size exchange only, unless faulty.
Returns must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed and without stains or odours. You must neatly fold your return to preserve its integrity. We encourage you to return your order with its original compostable bag and satchel.
If you have received a faulty item or the wrong item, please contact us and we will assist you with a replacement/refund.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are applied to the original payment method.
Final Sale - Items marked as Final Sale can be returned for a free exchange or store credit but are non-refundable unless faulty. All discounted items during our summer sale, starting Nov 23, are Final Sale items.
If we receive an item that does not comply with this returns policy, it is ineligible for return and ROVE has the right to refuse it. The customer will need to cover the full shipping costs to send it back to them.
Discounted items can be returned for a free exchange or store credit only. They are non-refundable unless faulty. This applies to all ROVE products during our current Summer Sale.
Yes! We offer extended holiday returns.

You can exchange sizes or choose to exchange for another product using your return credit + $10 bonus credit!
Submit your exchange via our returns portal within 14 days of receiving your order. Download your free return label. Your new item will be sent within 1 business day and you will have 14 days to post your return.

Yes! We offer:

- Exchanges for different products
From our returns portal, you can select the option to exchange for a different product. You can shop anything using your return credit plus $10 bonus credit.
*When exchanging a discounted item, sometimes other colours of the same product are discounted differently. There may be an amount payable/refunded when making this type of exchange.
If you're located outside of Australia, request your return via our contact page within 14 days of delivery. All international returns must be received by our Australian warehouse within 30 days of delivery. If you live in the USA or Europe, you can make your return on our US site› and EU site›
Return shipping and the associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend returning from your local post office.
Sorry, we cannot offer exchanges. If you would like a new size, colour or style please make a return and re-order as you wish.
Final Sale items are ineligible unless faulty.
Return parcels are usually processed within 5 business days of arriving at our warehouse. Once processed, refunds take 0-3 business days to arrive in your account. Please note during busy periods refunds can take up to 10 business days to be processed.
You will be able to submit your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Yes. Store credits are valid for three years from the issue date.
Yes you can! When starting your return, click the 'Start a Gift Return' button.
No. Items purchased with a gift card or store credit can be exchanged or returned for store credit, reloaded to your gift card.
