A $10 return label fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

International returns (excluding USA) need to be requested by email as they cannot be submitted on our returns portal.

If you are in Europe and you ordered from our EU website, (your order number will have only 4-digits and your order was sent from Germany), please refer to our EU site for returns instructions. If you are in Europe and ordered from our Australia/Worldwide site, you must return to our Australian warehouse using the instructions below.  If your order is returned to our EU warehouse, it will be rejected.

Once you receive your order, you have 10 days to decide if its right for you. Request a return within 10 days by messaging us from our contact us » page. We will reply with our returns address and instructions.

You have up to 14 days after delivery to lodge your return at the post office/courier.

Return shipping and the associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend returning from your local post office.

Sorry, we cannot offer exchanges. If you would like a new size, colour or style please make a return and re-order as you wish.



Returns must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed and without stains or odours. You must neatly fold your return to preserve its integrity. We encourage you to return your order in its original compostable bag and satchel.

If you have received a faulty item or the wrong item, please contact us and we will assist you asap.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are applied to the original payment method.

Sales items, discounted items and gift cards cannot be returned for a refund under any circumstances except for faulty items. If we receive an item that does not comply with this returns policy, it is ineligible for return and ROVE has the right to refuse it. The customer will need to cover the full shipping costs to send it back to them.

Customers from Australia and USA can choose to return their order by their own means. If so, you must follow the International Returns instructions above to have eligibility for your return.

Can I return a preorder item if I receive it after my return deadline of 24 days?
Yes, absolutely! You will be able to start your return within 24 days of when your order was sent from our warehouse. If you can't start your return, just contact the ROVE Team and we will assist.

🎁 Can I return a Christmas gift after Christmas? 
Yes! Orders made between Nov 1 and Dec 23 can be returned or exchanged after Christmas. Submit your return and post your return at the post office by Jan 16. Click on your location above for more information.

When will my refund be processed?
Return parcels are processed within 5 business days of arriving at our warehouse. Once processed, refunds take 0-3 business days to arrive in your account. Please note during busy periods refunds can take up to 10 business days to be processed.

Can my exchange be sent by Express Post?
We offer 'Instant Exchanges' which means that your new items will be sent within 1 business day of submitting your return online. Australian exchanges can only be sent by standard post and USA exchanges are sent with DHL Express. For other countries, we cannot offer exchanges at this time.
