Sale FAQs

When does the sale start?

The sale starts at 8am this Sunday, the 8th of November. Last year, some bestseller sizes sold out within minutes. Prep your cart and be ready.

Are all ROVE styles included in the sale?

Yes! It's our once-a-year sitewide sale, everything is 20-40% off for a limited time.

Will sold out styles get restocked?

Many styles won't be restocked for a while, and others won't come back at all. So don't wait if something catches your eye!

Can I return or exchange my sale order?

You can return sale items within 14 days for a free size exchange or store credit. All items during the sale are marked as Final Sale items and are non-refundable unless faulty.

Do you offer extended returns for gifts?

Yes! Sale items purchased as a loved one's gift can be exchanged or returned for store credit after Christmas so they have time to try them on. Orders placed between Nov 8th - Dec 23rd are eligible and returns must be submitted by Jan 10th.

When will I receive my sale order?

During the sale period, please expect extended shipping times. Orders may experience delays of up to 5-7 business days. We appreciate your patience.
