Every ROVE piece is made by hand in Bali using plant-based fibres. Our care instructions will keep your colours brighter for longer and minimise fabric degradation, ensuring it lasts you for summers to come.
Your shorts need a cold machine wash with like-colours and mild detergent. Warm iron if needed. Avoid tumble drying, bleaching, soaking or wringing.
Our fabrics are pre-washed and your ROVE piece will soften over time.
For a longer garment life and extra sustainability points, gently handwash using eco-friendly detergent and wash your clothing less often. Hang-dry inside-out and/or in the shade to preserve the dyes.

At the moment, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to a new size, please return for a store credit and use it to make a new order, which will be sent within 1 business day.

You can return your order after Christmas! All orders made between Nov 1st - Dec 23rd and placed in the post for return by Jan 13th are eligible.
RETURN REQUEST
Once you receive your order, you have 10 days to decide if its right for you. Request a return within 10 days by messaging us from our contact us » page. We will reply with our returns address and instructions.
RETURNING YOUR ORDER
You have up to 14 days after delivery to lodge your return at the post office/courier.
Return shipping and the associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend returning from your local post office.
Sorry, we cannot offer exchanges. If you would like a new size, colour or style please make a return and re-order as you wish.
OTHER INFO & CONDITIONS
Returns must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed and without stains or odours. You must neatly fold your return to preserve its integrity. We encourage you to return your order in its original compostable bag and satchel.
If you have received a faulty item or the wrong item, please contact us and we will assist you asap.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are applied to the original payment method.
AUSTRALIA: Sales items & discounted items can be returned for exchange or store credit.
USA: Sales items from our 10th Birthday Sale (Nov 25-Dec 2) can be returned for a store credit and can be returned after Christmas. Other discounted items cannot be returned.
Gift cards and store credits are non-refundable. If we receive an item that does not comply with this returns policy, it is ineligible for return and ROVE has the right to refuse it. The customer will need to cover the full shipping costs to send it back to them.
Customers from Australia and USA can choose to return their order by their own means. If so, you must follow the International Returns instructions above to have eligibility for your return.
Can I return a preorder item if I receive it after my return deadline of 24 days?
Yes, absolutely! You will be able to start your return within 24 days of when your order was sent from our warehouse. If you can't start your return, just contact the ROVE Team and we will assist.
Can I return a Christmas gift after Christmas?
Yes! You can return your order after Christmas! All orders made between Nov 1st - Dec 23rd and placed in the post for return by Jan 13th are eligible. Items purchased as part of our 10th Birthday Sale (Nov 25-Dec 2) can be returned after Christmas too.
When will my refund be processed?
Return parcels are processed within 5 business days of arriving at our warehouse. Once processed, refunds take 0-3 business days to arrive in your account.
Can my exchange be sent by Express Post? (Australia only)
If your exchange is time sensitive, we offer an option for an 'Instant exchange' where your exchange item is sent immediately, even before you post your return. All Australian exchanges are sent by standard post.
